Shipping costs

Shipping costs will be calculated on a per delivery basis, max. CHF 7.50 (diapers CHF 9.00) per order. There are no additional charges for deliveries which are sent in installments.

Deliveries abroad are sent only against advance payment and according to the effective postage costs - please contact us by telephone.

Express deliveries also are sent according to the effective postage costs.

Minimum order value

We are pleased with a minimum order value of CHF 30,00.

Delivery deadline

7 working days, in case of a delay in delivery you will be informed immediately.

Right of withdrawal

When declared as selection consignments, you have the option of returning unused and undamaged items in their original packaging within 1 week. For books, eBooks, music cassettes, CDs, videos, and DVDs, there is no right of return. More detailed information can be found under right of withdrawal.

Selling prices

Under normal conditions, prices are in CHF, include VAT, and are valid until the publication of a new catalog (supply conditional price adjustments reserved).

Payment

Normally by advance payment, possible also by PostFinance or Credit Card.

Colors and patterns are subject to change.

Guarantee

Please notify us about manufacturing or materials errors within 2 days of receiving your shipment
