Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a transaction for purposes which can be attributed mainly to non-commercial and non-vocational activities.

You have the right to withdraw your order without grounds within seven days from the date on which you or your assigned third party has taken possession of the goods. To exercise this right, you must inform La Leche League Switzerland, Alice Zemp, Chapelebode 6, 6182 Escholzmatt, by means of a clear statement (eg a letter or an e-mail) about your decision to withdraw from this contract,. To safeguard the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

  • The items must be in perfect condition.
  • Keep the original invoice for check. Please send returns using the correct postage.
  • Defective products can only be exchanged completely. Individual components cannot be returned.
  • The right of revocation / right of withdrawal does not apply to music cassettes, CDs, videos, DVDs, eBooks, books, and goods that were custom produced according to your specifications.
  • Accounts already paid will be refunded in full upon return or justified complaint. By default, this is done through issuing an LLL-Shop voucher to your e-mail address. If you prefer another meand of refund, please provide us with the information necessary to carry this out.
  • Damages caused by improper operation or inadequate packaging when returning will be charged to the purchaser.
  • You are responsible for backing up your data before returning a defective storage media device (e-books, etc.) to us. For loss of data that may occur during repair, we assume no liability.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
You have no right of withdrawal for CDs and DVDs that have been unsealed after delivery, and for goods prefabricated according to your specifications or which are clearly tailored to your personal needs.
